Active cards show view counts from eBay’s Sell Analytics, current watcher counts, how many Best Offers are waiting, and the promoted-listing rate — the signals that tell you whether a listing needs a price nudge, a promotion bump, or just patience.
Each number answers a different question. Views measure reach: is anyone finding the listing at all? Watchers measure intent: of the people who found it, how many cared enough to save it? A pending offer measures urgency: someone is ready to pay now, just not your price — the card shows the top offer amount so you know how far apart you are. And the promoted-ad rate is what you are paying for the reach, worth rechecking once a listing starts drawing views on its own.

Done in that order, the whole pass takes about a minute — and anything that needs real work is one tap from the matching eBay page.
Sold cards show shipping status — paid, ship now, or shipped — and what each item actually earned, alongside your earnings over the last 60 days. That makes the Sold section a lightweight ledger: what needs packing, what is already on its way, and what the recent weeks added up to.
