It explains what the product is, links to the privacy policy, and points users to the Chrome Web Store listing. The Chrome extension itself is a separate piece of software and has its own in-product privacy disclosures. ## What Rover for eBay is Rover for eBay is a free, independent Chrome extension for eBay buyers and sellers. Seller-side alerts for sales, new bids, and buyer questions have their switches and delivery plumbing in place, but eBay has not yet enabled the delivery topics for Rover, so those do not fire in production today and the Chrome Web Store listing does not advertise them. - Creator mode — users with an eBay Partner Network (EPN) account can set their own campaign ID once; Copy-link actions and bulk CSV exports then produce affiliate links attributed to the user, with colored tags acting as campaigns.
